We are excited to welcome Dr. Kelly Knapp to the Cricket Ridge Animal Hospital staff as a full-time veterinarian. Dr. Knapp is a general veterinary practitioner passionate about surgery, specifically orthopedic and minimally invasive laparoscopic techniques. She also sees all pocket pets, non-venomous reptiles and birds.

Dr. Knapp started her career at Animal Medical Center of Euclid in January 2014. She grew up in Chesterland, Ohio and was raised with a menagerie of pets. She graduated from the College of Wooster majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Religious Studies. She attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. While there, she focused strongly on small animal surgery and was honored with the Excellence in Small Animal Surgery award.

She, her husband Chris and their daughter Isabella currently reside in Auburn with their Siamese cat “Tater Tot” and Bull Terrier “Ryelee”!
